Women in rural setting are subject to a lot of undue stress during pregnancy, leading to premature births. Sometimes, these women give birth to disabled babies or are forced to get operations that can potentially be fatal. Since listening to these podcasts, men in rural areas have been receiving important information and sharing it with others, thus reducing the stress on pregnant women. In this segment of the podcast, MMW engages with community members to further educate them on the effects of stress on pregnancy.
