Many women, especially pregnant women, suffer from gonorrhea in Kenema. The spread of this preventable infection causes problems like pain during childbirth, miscarriages, and possible birth defects. To help reduce the spread of this infection, MMW engages with nurses Zainab Yambasu and Hannah Gomeh in the Jormu Kabefu district of Kenema.
