Josephine Isha Kamara is a result-oriented professional with extensive experience in multimedia, Gender-Based Violence prevention, and Women’s Empowerment Activism.

Currently, she serves as the Regional Coordinator and Journalist for the Western Area Rural District at Media Matters for Women, where she shares her expertise to bridge the information gap on women’s issues in last mile communities, amplify the voices of women and girls, and address their critical social issues through media and community engagement.
